1. Love: Goldens what love more than anything. You love your dog and he or she will endure anything and overcome everything. 

2. Play:  15 minutes of play is worth more than 2 hours on the leash.  A golden needs to satisfy his/her curiosity daily.... follow their nose here and there ... explore their surroundings ... and relate to their world to develop personality and mature happily.

3. Food: A basic high quality kibble will suffice - Grain free options are nice but not necesssary - MAKE SURE THE 1ST INGREDIENT IS MEAT. Diversity is great and raw food too - including the tadional table scraps - but not necessary. 

You give your Golden these 3 basics and you should have a happy and healthy Golden for the duration of her/his life.
